Agreement personal data processing

You grant this consent to the Educational Association, z.s., with its registered office at Nad hradním vodojemem 35, 162 00 Prague 6, Czech Republic, ID: 22674195, registered in the Public Register kept at the Municipal Court in Prague, File No.: L 18235 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), pursuant to Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to “Personal Data Protection Act”) and Regulation (EC) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) processed the following personal data: email.

It is necessary to process emails in order to send newsletters.
These data will be processed by the Controller during the implementation of the project, which will be terminated on 31 August 2018 and subsequently maintained in accordance with applicable Czech legislation and for the period stipulated by EU regulations and in accordance with Grant Agreement No. 2016-1-CZ01-KA202 -024066. You give your explicit consent to the above processing. The consent can be revoked at any time by sending an email to the company’s contact details: educational.as@gmail.com. Please note that under the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to:

– request information from us about the processing of your personal data,
– request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
– request access to these data from us and update or correct these data,
